Post-Impressionism emerged in the late nineteenth century during a period of profound social and technological transformation. With the advent of innovations such as photography and portable paint tubes, artists began to move beyond conventional representation and develop highly individual modes of expression.
In this work, I reinterpret Post-Impressionism through the lens of AI and generative art. While paying homage to the masterpieces of the past, I combine AI-driven regeneration with algorithmic transformation to explore new forms of expression where historical context intersects with contemporary technology.
The rapid technological changes of today echo the era in which Post-Impressionism first emerged—a time when artists continuously challenged existing conventions and embraced new possibilities. Through this work, I seek to reflect the enduring spirit of experimentation and the joy of pursuing new artistic expression through the tools of the digital age.
